| Applying for a mortgage with us could not be simpler; |

| Simply fill in the registration form on this site and one of our qualified consultants will contact you to either arrange a face to face appointment or if you prefer, deal with the transaction from start to finish via telephone / email. |

| Once we have all the relevant details, we will then search the entire market and present you with a range of options based on what you have told us. |

| When you have fully understood and chosen your product, we will then apply to the lender for an agreement in principle (AIP). The lender will ask for some basic information and also run a credit check. As soon as this is agreed, you are then ready to go house hunting. |

| Once you have found your ideal property, all you need to do is contact your consultant and they will then proceed to submit a full mortgage application. You will need to provide the documents (payslips, accounts etc) requested by your consultant at this stage. |

| As soon as the lender has verified all the information, your mortgage offer will be issued outlining the terms and you will be in a position to exchange contracts once you conveyancer has completed all the necessary searches etc. |

| A date for completion will then be set enabling you to take the keys and move in. |
