Our relationship will be conducted with you in accordance with these terms of business. We will be entitled to any fees or commissions due under these terms of business once you have consented to them. This is subject to any rights of cancellation you may have. |

References to “we” “us” and our “shall” mean Apple Financial Solutions Limited as providers of relevant services. References to “you” “your” means you as the recipient of these services. |

Apple Financial Solutions Limited offers mortgage advice and non investment insurance products. |
|
| 7. |
Apple Financial Solutions offer mortgages from the whole mortgage market. |
|
| 8. |
Apple Financial Solutions will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs. |

Apple Financial Solutions arranges non investment insurance contracts from the whole market. |
|

Apple Financial Solutions will unless otherwise agreed, derive our income from commission paid by the lender with which we place your business. Any fees you will have to pay in connection with your new mortgage will be shown on your mortgage illustration. These fees will not include any conveyancing / stamp duty land tax fees you may have to pay. |

Apple Financial Solutions charge £495 for processing each mortgage application and also receive commission from the lender. You can choose to pay a fixed fee of £1495 and we will return to you any commission we receive from the lender. Any fee is payable on submission of a full mortgage application. Please contact us for further details. |

Apple Financial Solutions may contact you from time to time by email / telephone between the hours of 9am – 9pm unless you expressly ask us not to. We will not do so for the purposes of qualifying credit promotions unless you have expressly given us permission to do so or you are an existing customer. |

Apple Financial Solutions LTD will require all clients to give their instructions in writing. We will accept oral instructions at our discretion, but these will need to be confirmed in writing. |

Apple Financial Solutions are required in accordance with FSA guidelines to verify your identity. No transaction will be executed until such verification has been obtained. We will not be held liable for any delay. |

| 15. |
All documents will be sent via post to your last know address. Apple Financial Solutions Limited will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post, or consequences that may arise from any issues relating to the postal system. |

You may terminate this agreement at anytime by putting it in writing either by post, fax or email. Any fees charged up to the date of termination will not be refundable. Termination will be subject to a 14 day notice period. |

Apple Financial Solutions LTD reserves the right to terminate this agreement at anytime without notice. Any fees paid up to this date will not be refundable. |

Apple Financial Solutions LTD will contact you again in the future to assist you in reviewing your arrangements or to offer you new products which may be of benefit to you. |

English law will be the basis of this contract and the language in which this contract will be interpreted. All communication will be conducted in English. |
